You will be given an entry code upon final or full payment of balance due. Is there a pool? A. Yes, except property code TH7923. Is there an elevator? A. Yes in most buildings, property Is there a private beach entrance? A. Yes, except our townhomes do not Is there daily maid service? A. No, the property will be immaculate upon arrival and will be cleaned upon departure Do we need to bring towels & sheets? A. No, we provide bath & beach towels as well as sheets Are there washer & dryers available? A. Yes, either a private washer & dryer inside the property or coin operated washer and dryers onsite. Is there a dishwasher? A. Yes Is there cable TV? A. Yes and a list of local cable service channels are provided. Is there a balcony? A. Yes, except in property TH6505 that has a patio around a private pool. Is there a grill on the balcony? A. No, a city ordinance prohibits charcoal or gas grills on our balconies. We do rent electric grills. Is the kitchen equipped for cooking? A. Yes, everything is provided for cooking and baking. Do you allow pets? A. Yes, but in our pet approved properties only. Can we smoke inside the property? A. No, due to owner's allergies we permit smoking only on the balcony or outside only. How far is the condo from the airport? A. It is approx. 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. East on the Beachline Expressway all the way to the beach What happens if we need service while we are in the property? A. We have a person nearby on call who will oversee getting any problems taken care of. We will provide the number upon your arrival What type of deposit is required? A. We require 50% of the rental amount at time of booking What time are check in and check out? A. Check in as of 5:00 pm local time. Within your confirmation, you can expect to terms related to check in/out procedures. Early arrival and late departures are available for an extra fee. How are cancellations and refunds handled? A. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellations due to weather are not usually permitted. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. This can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip. What type of pre arrival information can we expect upon making a reservation? A. In addition to driving directions, you will be provided with the name and phone number of the on call person and full check in instructions. Where do I go when I arrive? A. You go to the front door of the property where the keyless entry pad is located. You will be given an entry code in your confirmation. What do I do upon departure? A. Please refer to our check out policy. It is very detailed, you will receive this in your confirmation and an additional checklist will be posted inside the condo on the main door. |
