Is there beach equipment?
Yes, we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler in most properties.
How do I get access into the property?
Properties have keyless entry pads or a lockbox. You will be given an entry code upon receipt of final or full payment of balance due.
Is there a pool?
All of the condos we manage have a pool at the various resorts. Our Private Homes/Townhomes vary so we encourage you to contact a reservationist via email at
email@example.com or by phone 321.720.1440 for additional information.
Is there a private beach entrance?
Yes, with the exception of our private homes, all condos have on-site, private beach access.
Is there daily maid service?
No, the property will be cleaned to Hospitality standards before your stay. This cleaning charge is included in your costs.
Do we need to bring towels & sheets?
All necessary linens including beach towels, bath towels and sheets are provided.
Are there washer & dryers available?
Yes, each property has a private washer & dryer or coin operated washer and dryer onsite.
Is there a dishwasher?
Is there cable TV and internet access?
Yes and a list of local cable service channels are provided.
Is there a balcony?
With the exception of our townhomes and our first story units, all properties have balconies for your enjoyment. For the townhomes and first story units without balconies, private patios are typical.
Is there a grill on the balcony?
No, a city ordinance prohibits charcoal or gas grills on balconies. Some private homes feature grills.
Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
Yes everything needed to prepare a meal is provided along with glasses, utensils, dishes ...
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed in “Pet Friendly” properties only. Pets are restricted to 30 pounds. Certain types/breeds of pets may not be permitted. A pet deposit fee (a portion of which
may be refundable) will be required prior to your arrival.
Can we smoke inside the property?
No, due to future guest and owner allergies smoking is not permitted inside any of our units. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies, patios, decks or outside.
How far is the condo from the airport?
All of our condos are located within the same general area and as such are is approximately. 45 minutes to an hour from Orlando International Airport. From there, go east on the Beachline Expressway until
you get to Cocoa Beach!
What happens if we need service while we are in the property?
Cocoa Beach Best is fully staffed with local maintenance and management. Should an emergency occur during your visit, contact information for the maintenance department and the property manager is posted
inside the unit and will also be provided prior to your arrival.
What type of deposit is required?
We require 50% of the rental amount at time of booking.
What time are check in and check out?
Check in is 5:00 pm local time (EST), and check out is 10:00 am (EST). Upon receiving your total balance due, check in and check out procedures/policies will be provided. These procedures are also posted
within all units. These policies will be expected to be followed. Failure to follow check-in/check-out policies will be subject to additional fees.
Early arrival and late departures may be available for an extra fee. To determine whether this is an option, contact a reservations close to the time of arrival and before your departure.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?
Cancellations and refunds are subject to contractual policies and procedures and must be approved by management. These policies will be made available at the time of booking and will require your compliance.
Please note, Florida is a tropical climate as such changes in weather are to be expected.
Cancellations due to weather (including catastrophic events) are not permitted. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. This can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
What type of pre arrival information can we expect upon making a reservation?
In addition to driving directions, you will be provided with the name and phone number of the on-call person and full check in instructions. These instructions will include everything from where your unit
is located in the complex, how to pass through any front gate security (if applicable), where to park, how to check-in, your entry code, and more.
For this reason, we urge you to print out and bring this pre-stay information with you!
Where do I go when I arrive?
You go to the front door of the property where the keyless entry pad or lockbox is located. How to gain entry is provided in your pre-stay letter which you will receive after paying the total balance due.
What do I do upon departure?
Please refer to our check out policies which are provided prior to arrival and are posted within the units. Failure to follow these procedures may result in additional fees/deposits.
